Welcome to the new ticketing system Help Center. For our customers, we will be populating the FAQs section with articles that should be of interest, and in the Announcements section, we will be posting any special promotions, events or other noteworthy news.
The Help Center is easy to use but if you have any suggestions or ideas for articles, please don't hesitate to share. Our expected launch of the new Leading Edge Ticketing System will be the first part of August 2020.
We will be conducting a pilot with a few select customers, making any configuration or workflow adjustments based on that experience, and then launching to our broader customer base. There will be some basic changes in terms of how squawks, RFQs or other information are submitted to the company. In order to maximize the responsiveness and customer service, we encourage all communication to route through these channels below as there will be a broader audience to your inquiries:

Any of these channels when an inquiry is submitted will generate a help ticket and one of our team members will reach out as appropriate.
